Sharing documents with clients
Send proposals, signed agreements, invoices and reports as individual files or as one bundle. Every transfer has its own link, so each document can be shared separately.
Time-limited access
Links expire automatically after 4 days. Once a link lapses, the file can no longer be downloaded from it, which limits how long sensitive material stays available.
A record of what you sent
When you email a link, the sender receives a delivery receipt, so you have a dated record of the message and the recipients.
Tips for sending
- Send contracts as PDFs so every recipient sees the same layout.
- Use the note field to say what needs signing or reviewing, and by when.
- Keep your own copy of anything important, because links expire after 4 days.
